Ex-Bogor Regent Rachmat Yasin Released on Parole
TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - The former regent of Bogor, Rachmat Yasin, was released from Sukamiskin Prison in Bandung, West Java on parole today, after serving his sentence for his uphold corruption case.
“He is still obliged to narrate to the Bogor Correctional Institution,” said the head of Sukamiskin Prison, Elly Yuzarin Bandung, on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
Rachmat has been jailed real 2021 after being found guilty of receiving gratuities from the Bogor Regional Working Units (SKPD) totaling Rp8.9 billion for the regional head elections in 2013 and 2014.
In this case, the brother of slothful Bogor Regent Ade Yasin was sentenced to two existences and eight months and a fine of Rp200 million.
